§ 1 About Us

§ 2 Making a contract with us

  1. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

  2. Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

  3. This contract is covered by Polish law.

  4. By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

§ 3 How to place order

  1. You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your cart. Items you do not require can be removed from your cart at any time. Registration is not required.

  2. Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

  3. You can pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering (e.g. by PayPal) or later by Bank Transfer or Western Union.

  4. We use secure payment facilities for online purchases.

  5. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

  6. All prices quoted on our website are in EUR (Euro), USD (US Dollar) or PLN (Polish Zloty) and include Value Added Tax at the current rate if necessary. You can change currency at any moment.

  7. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

  8. Your order status will be changed after the dispatch. You will be informed about this fact by e-mail.

  9. For company with active VAT EU number please enter your VAT EU number in VAT EU field. System will check your VAT validity via VIES (http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/) and recalculate prices.

§ 4 Delivery & Carriage Charges

  1. Goods will normally be dispatched from us within 1-2 working days.

  2. We cooperate with DHL, GLS, TNT, DPD, EMS, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Deutche Post and other regional speditors.

  3. Shipping cost is calculated in real-time (in cart) and depends on shipping method, shipping weight and destination.

  4. Shipping time is displayed for each shipping option and it depends on selected shipping method and your location. Calculated time is based on statistics and it is true for vast majority of shipments. Handling time is 1-3 business days. Delivery time = handling time + shipping time. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

  5. Import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your county's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing order. Please feel free to ask us if you have any questions.

  6. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

§ 5 Cancellation and returns

  1. This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt form the Distance Selling Regulations, or the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel. Any items which have been personalized or modified to your specification can not be returned.

  2. You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

  3. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

  4. If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

  5. You may properly examine the goods for 14 working days as you would do had you visited our showroom, however you may not return any goods that have been installed unless they are faulty.

  6. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

  7. We will refund all monies paid to us by you within 14 days, less any costs due under this contract.

  8. Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

§ 6 Faulty Goods / Guarantee

  1. If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. Its helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

  2. All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

  3. The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.

  4. If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.

  5. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

  6. The European Commission has established a platform for extrajudicial dispute resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes related to their online order without judicial intervention to begin with. § 7 Liability

  1. The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant Polish and EU legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the Poland and EU.

  2. We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods until you have received them and inspected them.

§ 8 Privacy Policy

  1. We only collect personal information that is necessary for us to deliver goods to you, register and handle product warranties and better communicate with you. The information we collect may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment details (we do not store credit card information). You acknowledge and consent that by providing your personal information to us that we may collect and use your personal information for the purposes outlined in this statement. Please be assured that we will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorized or required by law, reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity.

  2. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate, complete and up-to-date and ask that you let us know if you believe the information to be otherwise. You can access, edit or delete your personal information at any time.

  3. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information that you provide us and we will take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized use or alteration. Personal information may be stored electronically on our computer system our web hosting servers. Encrypted conection, firewalls, anti-virus software and email filters, as well as passwords, protect all our electronic information. Likewise, we take all necessary measures to ensure the security of hard-copy information.
